Take a look at your calendar for the past week and see how you spent your time.

Could I look at your calendar and immediately know what’s important to you? 

Did you set yourself up for failure by overscheduling tasks (the old “I am triple booked between 2-3 pm on Tuesday” trick), ensuring that you can’t be successful at any of them?

Was there anything on the schedule that YOU wanted to do, or was all of your time spent in ways dictated by other people?

How much “white space” was on your calendar?
